Hello, sorry I'm late. I'm Jewels (satan) and this is the Crown Princess of Sweden, Malena Bernadotte. Her mother died several years ago, and ever since then her father has been unable to look at her. Their relationship is definitely not good, and has only gotten worse since he's gotten sick. She went to school to try and be a doctor but got pulled out before she could finished because he got sick. She came back not only to take care of him but to try and get herself ready for the inevitable.

Their relationship has gotten slowly worse. There are rumors that she has poisoned her father, but they're not true. They're not exactly false though. She's fed up and keeps the doctors from doing the tests they might need to do in order to figure out why he's sick. It's possible she knows what he has, but isn't saying anything. Basically she's not hurting him, but she's not helping him either.

She's a nice girl for the most part and tries to take this whole thing seriously. While she would rather be a doctor and doing that, she knows her duty. Clearly she doesn't forget a cut or a kindness. She gets pushed to the edge and she lashes out. There's a very dark side to her that won't allow herself to be manipulated by other people. She doesn't know if she's interested in getting married. One thing at a time. Right now it's not even something she's considering.

Geir is the Norwegian Crown Prince with the premade: He grew up with a mischievous streak, but his father has been trying to beat common sense and decorum into his head since he was a little boy. His brother has been spared most of these lessons and, his father is grateful for the slowly changing heart of the Norwegian prince. Now his father's goal is to get him to settle down in the way of marriage.

He's twenty-seven and still a bit of a sassypants, though not nearly as much as he was when he was a young boy/teenager. His relationship status causes many looks of :| :| :| to be aimed in his direction, though Geir seems to be unconcerned by this. He's very happy to socialize, is quite witty and lively, but he can hold grudges like no other and is easily distracted. His father spent a lot of time smacking him over the head, trying to quite literally smack some sense into him, and his mother is an ice cold butthead, but he's super close to his younger brother Kris, norgeprins!

There's more facts and fun stuff in his app so I won't bore you with my babble, but I would love any and all plots :)

Hi all! Nat here, bringing you two royals at this stage. I'm old and Australian and around at weird hours and actually obsessed with this game, despite my late appearance. Late for me, anyway. I'm at missbossyboots, feel free to add me! I will probably go add you at some point.

I was also responsible for the crazy alternate history and creation of the royal family info, so if you have any questions, feel free to send them my way! I've also put together some family trees for some of the families, and there's blank code there for anyone who wants to do the same.

ANYWAY MY ACTUAL CHARACTERS. This journal belongs to Princess Elisabeth of Germany, who has a twin sister in Liselotte and older brother in Otto. She mostly goes by Liesel, thus the username! She's 21 and single, though the King of Estonia is being pushed her way. SHE'S NOT INTERESTED. She's studying Cultural Media Studies at a German university and wants to be a teacher or writer someday. She tries to blend in as much as possible and is a giant geek. She's pretty over being a princess, though she's not supporting the rebels. ... yet.

I also have romcuza, King Grigore of Romania and Moldova. He's a pretty terrible king in that he spends his time partying or sleeping rather than ruling, and his younger brother does most of the work. SOMEONE APP HIM. There have also been several attempted engagements between him and various princesses, so if you want to have been one of them, let me know! He's also slept around a lot with both guys and gals, so that's a thing too. He's not as quiet about his bisexuality as he should be, which affects his popularity as well. Before his dad died and he took the throne, he spent time in the military and then travelling around the world partying. He was a terrible soldier but he's a great partier. Fellow partying royals, meet your bff. Sort of. He's also really close with Princess Liselotte of Germany and there are all kinds of rumours about them. All of which are probably untrue.

Hello everyone! To echo so many other intros, I know a lot of you already, but for those who need a refresher, I'm Lina! My CDJ/swirl of cobwebs on this portion of the internet is sparkings. I'm currently trying to not let my random-as-hell case of laryngitis screw me out of giving an awesome interview, so I shall internet instead!

I've only the got the one character so far and it is this: Izolda Weronika Žofie Poniatowska-Kinsky, princess of Poland-Czechoslovakia, younger sister of the current king. She goes strictly by Izolda unless you've earned the right to a nickname (spoiler alert: almost no one has). Her reputation one where she comes off easily annoyed and kind of prickly, despite all of the decorum she carries around with her no one would really dare to call her "warm" or "fuzzy" unless they've known her for ages. Her nickname amongst the Polish-language tabloids is Lodowa księżna (aka ice princess). She's hard to get to know, but much like the Dowager Countess on Downton Abbey, she's actually quite supportive of her family and those she cares about.

Currently single (gasp! WHO LET THESE CHILDREN INTO THE MONARCHY), she's been doing half-time on queenly duties until her brother formally ties the knot and she can go back to being just the princess. Her affections are for art and its role in economic development, as well horse jumping and drinking insane cocktails. She can be quite funny...if you know her. Which I suppose someone out there in the royal pool has managed!

Hello, all! I'm Abbey -- I may have been previously known to some of you as Millennium and I can be found at sherbert. Please feel free to add me, I don't bite!

This here is María Vitória de Bórbon y de Braganza, more commonly just María, because that is a long name and requires many accent marks. Anyhow, she is the Spanish-Portuguese Crown Princess, with markedly more emphasis on the Spanish than the Portuguese (but, she points out, she was named after the Portuguese princess that first brought the houses of Bourbon and Braganza together!) She is bullheaded, flippant, direct and passionate in regards to the crown, her country (well...okay, countries), and her studies, which happen to be in Law and Economics. I am not self-inserting my own studies here, I don't know what you're saying. She is very invested in eventually ruling her country (and she's not letting go of Portugal either, inferior or not, kthnx) and improving her country's economy, justice system and tourism so that LA REINA ESPAÑA can eventually play with the big boys once again. She has still not gotten over Spain and Portugal's losses of colonies, despite the fact that happened ages before she was ever born, and makes that a goal for her children who ascend to the throne to get, never mind the fact that Spain is still sitting on Morocco. To this end she spends a good amount of time in her books, trying to find a better system of law, a better implementation of economics (which will probably still be some version of trickle down economics) to better Spain and Portugal.

She is currently on the prowl for some eligible man to marry because she's a royal and she wants that solid marriage alliance for her country (which is mostly, you know, for herself because she only cares in an abstracted sense about her people). She could also do with some other royal lady friends who don't entirely fit the mold, because she herself doesn't entirely fit the mold (to which she'll usually shrug because, WHO ELSE IS NUMBER ONE IN HER MAJOR??), royal plotting as a whole (did your grandmother marry her grandmother's brother? and so on!) and lots of rebel sedition because rebel sentiment is at a 53% in her country, come on now.

Hi everyone! I know a bunch of you, but for those of you that I don't know, I am Eronn. My CDJ is at dundermifflin. I just finished cooking a ton of food for the week ahead, so I feel like I can take a break now to intro. :)

I have three characters:

Vera Karađorđević, princess of Slovenia & Croatia (this journal). Public front: poised, intelligent, well-liked by the people. Rumors of a match between her and the prince of Belarus are swirling. Privately, she's actually a rebel who is hoping to use the match to further the rebel agenda. As of right now, I believe the only people who know she is a rebel are the S&C rebel folks, although perhaps the other secret rebels know as well? IDK, I'm cool either way.

Vera would be friendly and polite to all the royal folks, and I'd like for her to have a few friends that she can feel slightly guilty about betraying. Also of interest: people will have noticed that she has recently been dressing a lot better, has more sophisticated make-up, etc. Feel free to have your character speculate that it's to help reel in the prince of Belarus.

Conall McIntyre, Scottish rebel who is head of their militia (caniblowitup). He's an expert in explosives, and his solution to every single problem is to blow something up. Seriously. Let him blow shit up and he will love you forever.

Conall is kind of dorky, but he is also inspiring and passionate when he's speaking, and he's great at getting an audience to respond to him. He's had a few past relationships within the rebel ranks, so if you'd like your character to have an awkward ex-boyfriend, let me know!

Kris Longasslastname, prince of Norway (norgeprins. Okay, that's not really his last name but I am not typing it all out. Practical jokester who pretty much borrowed that trait from his elder brother, Geir. He's basically a big goofball and a huge flirt with all women, regardless of how attracted he is to them. It just comes naturally.

He did break the heart of a princess in the past, so again, if you'd like a relationship there, let me know!

PHILIP MOUNTBATTEN-WINDSOR is the Crown Prince of the United Kingdom. He was groomed to inherit the crown from his father some day, but the tragic death of his parents certainly accelerated the timetable. He had originally chosen a military career, but changed course and decided to focus on politics and philanthropy. He's engaged to be married to olenka and has a bit of a rivalry going with kostya.

It is Dana. I have one character Francesca Napoliello who is from Italy. She is the leader of Technology which she inherited from her father who died. Her bio is here. She is calm and very adaptable, which is why got her position. But she is very skilled at what she does. Though she is rather detached and stubborn. Not to mention she is crazy particular about things, like how the job is done.

Miroslava "Miri" Ratimir This lady is the leader of the Slovenian and Croatian militia effort, a position she stepped into following the death of her predecessor and older brother, Pavao. Having lost two of her siblings in the rebellion and training relentlessly against the monarchy, she's a loyal but stubborn rebel. She has a mind for strategy and an extensive firearms collection that she's incredible proud of but, after all that she has lost, she has difficulty connecting with and trusting others. Treasa Dempsey The Crown Princess of Ireland from the House of Byrne. Treasa is extremely focused on her responsibilities to her family and her country. She is married, though it is a marriage of obligation over anything else. She's a kind woman but fiercely protected of her family and their position in the country and is thus frustrated by the rebel activity in Ireland and often seeking ways to quell the problem.

HEY DUDES. Cassie/headgirl here with two chars:

NICOLAS BONAPARTE, aka the King of France. He's a shy sensitive type of dude who many think wasn't cut out to be king - or at the very least, he wasn't yet ready - which may or may not be true. He made some missteps in his earliest days as king where he tried to do things he felt his father would have wanted him to do, rather than what Nicolas wanted to do for his country and his people. His dad died mere weeks after his wedding to one of the princesses of Ireland, which p much spoiled the honeymoon and brought him back to be crowned King. He's gotten better about ruling and is generally perceived as an amiable king, somewhat willing to compromise, but not perceived as willing to change very much.

KAROLINE WERNER (ottowoman) is a 26 year-old German rebel who is secretly dating the Prince of Germany thank you very much! Who do you think got him into the thick of things? She's also head of the Communications division, aka dealing with a lot of the information that comes from the espionage and militia departments. She specializes in encryption and decryption, and uses her real life job at a satellite radio station to submit encrypted messages to various rebel safehouses across the world. She's feisty, opinionated, and wickedly intellectual, so I anticipate her speaking to a lot of people.

Ideally I'd like friends for the both of them but any kind of interactions are great.

hello guys! i think i know some of you, but not everyone so quick & easy summary of me: i'm ashley, my cdj is cronut, & i've got the world's largest boner for european history, so this game is right up my alley. i'm pretty much always accessible via e-mail (i don't pop onto gchat that often, but you're more likely to catch me on there at night) and i am on est, so i think that lumps me in with a good amount of people. don't be afraid to say hi or add my journal, i don't bite~

more relevant to all of you are my characters, which are the following:

for my royal, i snagged this lady here -- or queen, rather. siobhan bonaparte is the queen of france & second princess of ireland; she's very, very close to her family and has slowly groomed herself into being a more prominent figure in the french politicoscape, mostly assuage concerns about a slip-up early on in her husband's reign. she's generally congenial & attended boarding school in switzerland, so she might or might not have fellow royal friends and/or acquaintances -- but she's intensely nationalistic, so she's not entirely fond of great britain (sorry great britain) & spends about 99% of her time being homesick for ireland. she's only begun to warm up to being queen in private in more recent years, though she has always projected nothing less than being perfectly acclimated to the public. she is also notably idealistic & perhaps a bit naïve, no doubt in part to her privileged upbringing being -- hecka royal.

my second character is gregor struna, a slovene rebel over @ discreet. gregor is a sentimental intellectual -- his father was a member of the intelligentsia, a university professor until he lost his job for being far too outspoken & integrated himself completely into the rebel movement. gregor's always been surrounded by rebels, but as his father sunk further and further into the doctrine, it ended up splitting his family apart. his mother and sister left them in 1999 (if anyone would like to play his sister as a rebel in another country, i'd be much obliged). gregor himself is intelligent and a tad squeamish, which is fine he primarily deals with information & its exchange & general espionage. basically, he took his father's place when he was imprisoned six years ago, and the rebel movement hasn't looked back (much) since then. the problem with gregor is that he's a bit of a coward, though that's tamped down for obvious reasons (FOR NOW) and isn't really common knowledge (FOR NOW), and i look forward to seeing him save his hide in several ways because who wouldn't want to see a grown man sell out his fellows for his own personal safety (we're looking at you, peter pettigrew).

i am super excited to write/play with all of yall, so feel free to hit me up for whatever plot you might want and/or need! i am easy like a sunday morning and very flexible, so -- yeah, feel free to use me in the future. (and if anyone has any desires for a connection they might want in game, my third slot is still open & i am very open to suggestions.)
